Welcome to Your Course
Welcome to Decoding Relationships: The Two-Track Mind & Narcissistic Patterns.
You now have full access to this four-part course.
This course is designed to help you understand something that can be incredibly confusing in difficult relationships: Why can someone appear perfectly capable of reasoning in one moment, yet become defensive, irrational, dismissive, or impossible to reach when certain emotions are activated?
The answer may not be found in the argument itself.
It may be found in understanding which psychological track is driving the interaction.
Throughout these four lessons, I will introduce you to The Two-Track Mind through The Emotional Decoding Framework™ and show you how this concept can help you recognize narcissistic and emotionally defensive patterns differently.
The goal is not to teach you how to argue better.
It is to teach you how to recognize the pattern sooner, stop over-explaining, protect your emotional clarity, and make more strategic decisions about how—and whether—to engage.
Before You Begin
I recommend watching the lessons in order.
Each lesson builds upon the previous one, so give yourself time to absorb what you're learning rather than rushing through the entire course.
As you watch, think about your own experiences:
When does the conversation change?
What happens immediately before the other person's behavior shifts?
What do you usually do when that shift occurs?
Those observations will become important as you move through the course.
- Lesson 1 — Why You Can’t Reason With a Narcissistic Pattern
Introduces the Two-Track Mind and why logic can stop working once emotional defenses take over.
- Lesson 2 — When Accountability Feels Like Danger
Explains why accountability can be experienced as a threat and trigger defensiveness, blame-shifting, or distortion.
- Lesson 3 — Can Learned Patterns Be Changed?
Explores whether narcissistic patterns that developed over time can actually change—and what real change requires.
- Lesson 4 — What You Do With What You Know
Once you recognize the pattern and understand what may be driving it, what do you do with that knowledge? This moves you from understanding into boundaries, choices, and action.
